Loved this game! Hand-drawn, it mixes elements of metroidvania, beat 'em up and hack and slash. The combat is a bit repetitive, but the game is still really good!

The review

Dust: An Elysian Tail is a game that, besides being beautiful, is really, really good!

A 2D action RPG, very well made, with a touch of humor (a gentle humor, nothing over the top), great gameplay and very good voice acting.

The game was made for every kind of player, from the most casual to the hardcore player who loves pulling their hair out over a game.

It has a very simple combo system, which can get a bit dull for some players, but I think players can fix that themselves by taking the trouble to use the combos taught throughout the game instead of sticking to a single one the whole time.

The extras can give you hours of searching and fun, and the achievements are well designed, nothing impossible to get... I think there could be a few more "laborious" ones, so to speak, but the ones that exist are good.

It also has a well-crafted story: the premise is very simple, nothing special, but the way it unfolds ends up winning the player over.

I recommend playing with a controller. (I've never played on keyboard, but I guarantee the gameplay on a controller is very good.)
